TPA Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPA Services Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement TPA-specific programs to enhance marketing efforts and operational efficiency
• Represent TPA interests in cross-functional projects, including creating business cases and leading user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop communication tools and represent the brand at industry events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred 5 years in a TPA firm or qualified retirement plan environment
• Dedication to acquiring a NIPA or ASPPA designation
• Solid understanding of qualified plan rules and regulations (ERISA, etc.)
• Deep understanding of TPA business models and distribution channels
