Key Responsibilities

• Lead and document current state business processes through stakeholder interviews and data analysis

• Collaborate closely with Data Analysts to ensure that data-driven solutions are aligned with business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within mortgage, banking, or financial services
• Experience with data-centric projects and cross-functional team collaboration
• Skilled at process mapping and using tools like Visio
• Adept with MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
