Staff Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of Order to Cash (O2C) system capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated delivery and optimize O2C processes
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP O2C modules, including Customer Data Management
• Experience with at least four full-cycle O2C implementations
• Strong understanding of the Oracle ecosystem and integration points between O2C and other modules
• Experience managing O2C system enhancements in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with Fusion Accounting Hub and its role in financial reporting
