ITOM Advisory Solution Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisory Solution Consultant, ITOM for the Central or West USA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and support strategic sales opportunities by showcasing ITOM capabilities
• Build and maintain solution demos and showcase assets for ITOM customer challenges
• Design and lead Proof-of-Value engagements to demonstrate proactive operations

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience with Discovery and related collection methods
• Practical knowledge of Service Mapping techniques and CMDB architecture
• Familiarity with AIOps capabilities and Observability principles
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• 7 years of pre-sales experience or technical consulting background
