Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to provide essential services to field staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze business systems to identify opportunities for improvement and document organizational needs
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies while acting as a Scrum Master when needed
• Collaborate with various teams to implement best practices and provide professional status reports

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems
• 3+ years of direct work experience in a business analyst capacity
• PMI-PBA or similar certification desired
• Experience managing an agile backlog and translating requirements into features and user stories
