Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Area Expert II (ServiceNow).

Key Responsibilities

• Support ServiceNow development from demand to delivery by understanding customer requirements
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and build relationships with stakeholders
• Lead test plan development and execution, ensuring solutions meet client requirements

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated Requirements Analyst experience
• Experience with ServiceNow, particularly in the Service Catalog module
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field plus 10 years of experience
• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to pass a Tier 4/HIGH Background Investigation
