Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business analysis focusing on M365 and data analytics
• Gather and validate business and technology requirements, establishing project scope and metrics
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor IT service levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 4 - 6 years of related experience
• Microsoft 365 certification is desired
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus
• Knowledge of data compliance and security protocols in M365 environments
