Operational Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Analyst to support business strategy and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business stakeholders with analytic solutions, monitor KPI trends, and conduct root cause analyses
• Provide end-to-end support on strategic projects, including analysis, data collection, and presentation creation
• Identify opportunities for improving project management practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, Corporate Strategy, or Finance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results
