Senior Agile Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Agile Coach to empower teams in adopting Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to multiple teams using Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile practices
• Guide Agile practices within teams working across different delivery models
• Build and deliver customized training sessions and Agile learning content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/educational experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Agile environments, with at least 5 years in a dedicated Agile coaching role
• Proven ability to create and deliver Agile training content
• Advanced degree preferred
• Experience supporting Agile ways of working across technical and business teams
