South Africa Licensed EAP Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an International EAP Case Manager to provide clinical case review and consultation to an international partner provider network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor cases and follow up on relevant documentation from all parties involved
• Provide consultation and supervision to providers on treatment plans and evidence-based care
• Manage high-risk or complex cases and ensure adherence to clinical protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a master's qualification as a Psychologist / Social Worker or equivalent
• Registration with HPCSA / SACSSP, BACP, or a related clinical body
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a clinical setting
• Preference for candidates with experience in EAP or workplace mental health
• Experience working internationally is preferred
