Workday HCM Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Architect (Higher Ed).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and production efforts
• Support clients during annual events such as Talent/Performance, Merit, and Open Enrollment

Required Qualifications and Education:

• Workday experience independently leading higher education projects is required
• 5+ years of experience designing and configuring Workday HCM is required
• 4+ years of experience as a Workday HCM lead consultant at a partner firm is required
• Workday Partner HCM certification and at least one additional Workday Partner certification is required
• Experience troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports is required
