- Minimum of 5 years in pre-sales or technical consulting roles focused on ServiceNow products
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows and integrations
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
