Key Responsibilities

• Gather and define business requirements by working with clients and end users
• Develop user stories and process flows to support Salesforce solution design and development
• Consult on Marketing Cloud configurations and ensure completion of project-related artifacts

• Proven Salesforce and Marketing Cloud experience
• Experience in documenting user stories and creating process flow diagrams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a team environment
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow technical and functional skills
