Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Manage relationships and expectations with customers and project teams
• Collaborate with development staff during the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with specifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in AI, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or 4 equivalent years of experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or system design for AI-driven analytics or healthcare data solutions
• Experience in Agile methodologies and requirements gathering techniques
• Familiarity with Agile management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of business process modeling tools is preferred
