Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accreditation Specialist II who will serve as a subject matter expert on accreditation standards and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement activities related to accreditation readiness surveys
- Develop policies, procedures, and workflows for accreditation standards in collaboration with business partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for accreditation and regulatory activities, ensuring compliance and tracking action items
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in quality and process improvement or operational roles
- Experience with HEDIS and/or NCQA standards
- Preferred accreditation experience
- Ability to analyze data and implement improvements for accreditation management
