A company is looking for a Principal Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate testing and launch activities, ensuring business processes are effectively supported
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, focusing on Customer Success and Salesforce technologies
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Customer Success technology
  • Experience with process definition methodologies
  • Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or other modeling tools
