- Support business strategy development by documenting and implementing customer success processes
- Facilitate testing and launch activities, ensuring business processes are effectively supported
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, focusing on Customer Success and Salesforce technologies
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Customer Success technology
- Experience with process definition methodologies
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or other modeling tools
