A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of standard/non-complex new retirement plans, acting as the primary contact during the conversion process
- Conduct weekly conference calls with various client contacts regarding conversion timing, outstanding items, and project management
- Review plan provisions and coordinate the integration of payroll files with plan sponsors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- 1 - 2 years of implementation/plan conversion or related retirement plan operations experience required
- Proficient knowledge of IRS codes including 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), and 457(b)
- Proficient knowledge of IRS/DOL reporting and regulatory compliance
- Strong attention to detail required
