Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and update management on clinical quality metrics and HEDIS processes
- Establish action plans to improve HEDIS scores and evaluate member compliance reports
- Manage HEDIS projects, including oversight of nurses and adherence to timelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of quality improvement or healthcare-related experience
- Working knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS requirements
- 5+ years managing and reporting HEDIS data in a health insurance setting preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
