Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst (Vendor Management) to support their Global Network Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workload distribution and ensure timely completion of vendor projects
• Conduct audits on completed vendor work to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Compile and analyze vendor performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of telecommunications equipment, systems, and processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Ability to guide and support team members on complex tasks
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
