Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Mental Health to support mental health programming in low- and middle-income countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support market shaping for psychotropic medications through data analysis and stakeholder engagement
• Assist in cost-effectiveness analysis for mental health interventions and collaborate with country teams
• Prepare presentations and materials for supplier discussions and consultations with health ministries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, global health, or related fields
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in Excel modeling
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• High level of initiative and professionalism
• Experience with health economic evaluation or familiarity with pharmaceutical access challenges in LMICs is advantageous
