Proposal Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Proposal Services to lead and mentor a proposal writing team in managing RFI/RFP projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of proposal writers, overseeing RFI/RFP projects from start to finish
• Coordinate RFX request assignments and manage internal deadlines for high-quality responses
• Participate in strategy discussions to clarify work scope and develop compelling win themes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, English, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience managing complex proposals in a fast-paced, B2B environment
• 1-3 years of people management experience
• Understanding of cloud/SaaS technology preferred
• Experience with proposal software is a plus
