Risk Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct case record reviews and assist providers with risk mitigation strategies
• Analyze incident and mortality data for trends and develop preventative initiatives
• Coordinate with law enforcement and report cases of abuse/neglect as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Incident or Risk Management, quantitative analysis, or related reporting work
• Understanding of participant risk and risk management strategies
• Basic statistical and epidemiological knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Office and statistical software proficiency
