Licensed SUD Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Recovery/SUD Programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial strategy efforts related to SUD programming and differentiate it from other providers
• Maintain oversight of patient experience and clinical quality through data-driven insights and interventions
• Review and enhance SUD group curriculum and provide ongoing training for clinicians

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree (PhD, PsyD, DSW) required
• Independent clinical licensure (e.g., psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) required
• 5+ years of direct clinical experience treating substance use disorders
• 7-10+ years of experience leading or designing SUD programs
• Expertise in evidence-based SUD treatment modalities and familiarity with predictive analytics preferred
