Key Responsibilities
- Build and test client sites, ensuring proper functionality and quality
- Conduct regression testing and prepare communication documents for employees and employers
- Triage client tickets, audit system data, and perform billing tasks
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Office products
- Extensive experience with databases, data interpretation, and data manipulation
- Knowledge of managed care products including HMO, PPO, and Medicare Part D
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
