Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead- Behavioral Health Crisis Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound member and provider calls, performing clinical assessments and determining appropriate care levels
• Triage crisis calls to provide immediate support and coordinate access to emergency services
• Mentor staff, assign cases, and coordinate workloads while performing utilization management activities

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health
• 4+ years of behavioral health experience
• Unrestricted license as LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD)
• Prior managed care experience preferred
• Experience with multiple system applications and electronic data entry preferred
