Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst - (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for processes, policies, and information systems
• Oversee user acceptance testing, including documentation and issue resolution, while providing guidance to end users
• Monitor project status, manage risks, and coordinate projects from concept through implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 8 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or other analytical roles
• Master's Degree (MBA) is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality, effective deliverables on time
• Prior experience in coaching and mentoring business analysts
