Licensed Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager for a Suicide Prevention Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Extenders to implement and enhance the Suicide Prevention Program
• Develop service plans and safety plans for members, ensuring their needs are met during crises
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with program goals and Key Performance Indicators

Required Qualifications

• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD) is required
• 3-5 years of experience in team management and program implementation
• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or healthcare management from an accredited university
• Experience in management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
