Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, conducting requirement workshops
- Create requirement and functional design specifications, including use cases
- Provide functional support for Salesforce applications and assist in training sessions for key users
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services and configuration
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, HTML, JavaScript, and REST APIs
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Certifications in Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
- Familiarity with GIT and JIRA
