Key Responsibilities:
- Support providers and staff during the onboarding process, including account configuration and workflow consultation
- Deliver remote training sessions and product guidance tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical/business experience
- Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus
- Comfortable with web-based software platforms and technical troubleshooting
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote setting
