Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst to join their Tier 1 Implementation Team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support providers and staff during the onboarding process, including account configuration and workflow consultation
• Deliver remote training sessions and product guidance tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical/business experience
• Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus
• Comfortable with web-based software platforms and technical troubleshooting
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote setting
