Licensed EAP Triage Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Triage Counselor to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical work including intake, assessment, crisis management, short-term counseling, resource referrals, and case management follow-up
• Provide clinical services via telephone, in-office, or at customer workplace sites
• Enter relevant client interface data into the EAP Expert database system and maintain productivity

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Currently Licensed or License eligible in a Mental Health profession
• Previous EAP experience and/or Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) preferred
• Strong customer service skills
