Texas Licensed Site Selection Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager I, Site Selection & Incentives Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with proposals and qualifications for prospective clients
• Develop parameters for new locations and select relevant data for client decisions
• Manage projects, including preparing workplans and Gantt charts

Required Qualifications

• 3 years or more of relevant experience in consulting, real estate, or economic development
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of site selection methods and financial incentives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with labor market analysis platforms and GIS software is a plus
