Washington Licensed Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid Case Management and Utilization Management professional for a remote position in Washington State.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care management and utilization management services, including coordination of care and behavioral health consulting
• Serve Washington Medicaid and Medicare/Dual eligible members telephonically, supporting transitions between care settings
• Assess clinical records and member needs to develop care plans and coordinate the utilization of member benefits

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling; OR Registered Nurse
• Active, unrestricted license to practice in Washington State (i.e., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or RN) with 2+ years of experience in behavioral health utilization management
• Residence in Washington State and ability to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST Monday - Friday
• Facility based mental health/substance abuse experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of managing electronic clinical records
