Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Lead Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering workshops with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
- Analyze and document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Design and propose comprehensive solutions using the company's software products, focusing on best practices and industry standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, preferably within P&C and Loss Control
- Proven track record of successful software implementations with a focus on minimizing customizations and maximizing out-of-the-box solutions
- Experience in mentoring and training junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
