Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Accommodation Consultant to support disability leave services and manage complex accommodation cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as the highest escalation point for case management and stakeholder consulting
- Manage executive and non-executive escalation responses and support new hire nesting and coaching
- Provide consultation on accommodation matters and advocate for the accommodations process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience in managing confidential and sensitive employee information
- Experience in conducting investigative work and developing policies
- Ability to navigate complex case discussions and maintain strict confidentiality
