Senior UKG WFM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise UKG WFM implementations and transformation initiatives
• Identify WFM improvement initiatives and efficiency opportunities while advising on best practices
• Design and configure scalable UKG WFM solutions to drive operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in delivering workforce management solutions, particularly UKG implementations
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level engagements and client expectations
• Advanced understanding of WFM processes, systems, and integrations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications in UKG, PMP, or similar a plus
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project delivery tools
