Technical Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consulting throughout the client lifecycle to ensure successful onboarding and partnership
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for internal and external consultative needs
• Proactively test new functionalities and collaborate with Product and Tech Support teams for smooth deployment of features

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on technical expertise with enterprise IT applications and integration projects at a SaaS company or similar
• Proven technical aptitude, potentially with domain expertise in SaaS, Mobile, Rest APIs, Identity and/or Authentication
• Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO technology companies
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to customer demands
• PMP Certification is preferred but not required
