Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Retirement Consultation Sales - Gov.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Senior Retirement Consultants to achieve customer-deepening goals
• Develop and implement strategies to support new initiatives and improve consultative experiences
• Manage service level metrics, drive operational excellence, and ensure high-quality customer interactions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations required; Series 9/10 acceptable in lieu of FINRA 24
• 3-5 years of relevant financial experience and/or leadership
• In-depth understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products, and qualified retirement plan environment
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and various file manipulation skills on a PC
