Organizational Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Organizational Change Management to enhance understanding and adoption of technology capabilities
• Analyze stakeholder needs and implement strategic communications and change tactics
• Design and execute change plans, communication mechanisms, and metrics to assess impact

Required Qualifications

• Prosci-certified and/or 3+ years of OCM experience in a large, complex organization
• 6+ years of experience in organizational change management and communication methodology
• 4+ years of experience in writing change plans and communications
• 3+ years of experience with technology systems, focusing on enterprise software changes
• 3+ years of project management experience
