Business Analyst for Cloud Applications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Cloud Platform Applications (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver release notes and user training materials
• Execute test plans, BRDs, test scripts, and user stories
• Document smoke testing, post-production bug reports, and remediation documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on Salesforce implementations
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence)
• Experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)
• Full UAT experience including QA testing
