A company is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to lead the strategy and implementation of a portal redesign.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current ServiceNow HR Service Delivery portal functionality
- Configure and implement improvements to knowledge articles, self-service workflows, and ticket deflection strategies
- Collaborate with CX resources to ensure a user-focused redesign and deliver quick wins that enhance employee experience
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module
- Strong ServiceNow configuration skills, particularly in portal functionality and workflows
- Ability to deliver rapid, high-impact improvements in a short timeframe
- Prior experience with employee experience or self-service portal optimization is preferred
- Strong understanding of HR operations and service delivery best practices is a plus
