Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support federal civilian agencies remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements and system documentation for CMS activities
• Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and the application development team, and perform fit-gap analysis for Salesforce functionality
• Develop user stories and process flows, and provide technical guidance during the implementation phase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related hands-on experience
• 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements and writing user stories
• 3+ years of experience in a system engineering or software application environment
• Hands-on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
