Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support federal civilian agencies remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and document business requirements and system documentation for CMS activities
- Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and the application development team, and perform fit-gap analysis for Salesforce functionality
- Develop user stories and process flows, and provide technical guidance during the implementation phase
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related hands-on experience
- 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
- 5+ years of experience capturing requirements and writing user stories
- 3+ years of experience in a system engineering or software application environment
- Hands-on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
