Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II to contribute to project implementations and provide client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides client-facing support with guidance from senior colleagues
• Researches and addresses ongoing service log requests, configuring the platform to meet client requirements
• Extracts and analyzes client business needs, making consultative recommendations and assisting with training material preparation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Informatics, Business Analytics, or a similar technical discipline
• 2+ years of client-facing systems implementation, development, or business analytics experience
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and XML is a plus
• Aptitude for technology, databases, and computer systems
