Job Summary
A company is looking for a UKG Pro Integration Consultant to assist clients with the implementation of UKG software.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to document business and technical requirements for integrations with UKG Pro
- Design, develop, and implement system interfaces while ensuring alignment with UKG Pro architecture
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate go-live deployment activities
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with UKG Pro integrations, preferably with certification
- 1-3 years of experience in a Professional Services or consulting environment focused on HCM or HRIS projects
- Prior functional and technical experience with UKG Pro, especially in Benefits and Payroll
- Technical proficiency in database querying, web services, and cloud technologies
- Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently
