A company is looking for a Practice Acquisition & Recruiting Due Diligence Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the Due Diligence process for assessing potential business portfolios
- Facilitate discussions with candidates to finalize due diligence and develop financial proposals
- Examine complex issues related to advisor business portfolios and deliver analysis findings to senior leaders
Required Qualifications
- College degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of successful industry experience
- FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days of hire/transfer
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and expertise related to experienced Advisor recruiting
- Expert level of knowledge about financial markets and the investment industry
