Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Procurement (Government Projects).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis on failed procurement and implementation projects within government agencies
- Review historical documentation, procurement processes, project governance, and vendor performance
- Deliver findings in clear, executive-level reports with supporting data and actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 3 years in public sector procurement or contract management
- Demonstrated experience conducting root cause or post-mortem analysis on large, complex projects
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and contract lifecycle
- Experience with ERP, procurement systems, or large-scale digital transformation efforts in government or quasi-government entities
- Certification in business analysis (CBAP), procurement (CPPB, CPPO), or project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred
