A company is looking for a Clinical Support Engineer to manage complex product integrations and customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and third-party resources to resolve escalated issues
- Provide regular updates to customers and advocate for their needs
- Analyze incidents for trends and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Degree from a Technical College/University or equivalent experience; BS in a technical/clinical discipline preferred
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent certification preferred
- 1+ years of support or implementation experience with PACS systems
- 3+ years of clinical hospital experience preferred
- Understanding of DICOM, HL7, and general computer network technology
