A company is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Analyst/Consultant or Sr. Comms Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data analysis and stakeholder relationship management for change initiatives
- Develop and implement change management plans aligned with organizational goals
- Track progress and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
- Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Experience in stakeholder feedback analysis and strategy refinement
- Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
- Knowledge of stakeholder needs and organizational dynamics
