Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage issue tracking, vendor communication, and status updates for defect and change requests
• Coordinate regression and release testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Analyze operational processes and produce reports to enhance quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or health insurance
• Knowledge of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and related guidance
• Experience with Utilization Management and Appeals & Grievances workflows
• Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams for data analysis and reporting
