Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams to design Salesforce solutions and gather business requirements

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, communicate project updates, and lead change management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a business analyst or project manager role
• Experience leading Salesforce implementation initiatives and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Salesforce certifications preferred, along with project management certifications
• Expertise in Salesforce products and strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
