Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to produce documentation and deliverables
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and convert business use cases into actionable tasks for the development team
• Lead documentation efforts related to system information architecture and processes, including user stories and functional specifications

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 4-6 years of IT experience, specifically as a Business Analyst
• Experience in managing customer expectations and direct interaction with customers
• Ability to pass a government background investigation
• Experience with JIRA and federal government systems is a plus
